Common Issues

Authentication Failed

Symptoms: Access denied to wiki, Unauthorized errors, PAT token rejected

• Set AZURE_DEVOPS_PAT environment variable

Organization/Project Not Found

Wiki Content Not Found

uv Environment Issues

Server Not Found
